Ornamental stone tile repair

A very heavy ornamental stone tile, purchased while on a holiday in France and brought back to S.A. to display on a kitchen counter, fell over and broke into several pieces. Repaired by carefully applying J-B Weld Clear Weld along all the crack lines and rejoinging the pieces. This seemed sufficient but for added strength, applied J-B Weld Original with some cut-off nails to the rear side to really strengthen the repair. Used a small amount of filler to fill in hairline cracks and missing pieces, matched colour by simply rubbing some mud over the filler and wiping off.

End result, almost impossible to see that it was ever broken!
